We help OEMs make more money on service.
Red Neuron Lab builds Bharat Gateway Pro and HiveProvisioner, from our base in Pune, Maharashtra.
Service teams shouldn't find out a machine is broken from a phone call.
Most OEMs lose sight of a machine once it leaves the factory, so problems are caught too late. Red Neuron Lab fixes that by turning every machine into a live digital twin — one that OEMs, their customers, and their service engineers all work from.
We build Bharat Gateway Pro and HiveProvisioner together, in-house, so the hardware and the cloud platform work as one system from day one.
What drives how we build
Built for the Service Team
Every feature we build should make a service call faster or more accurate. That's the bar.
Own the Full Stack
From gateway hardware to the HiveProvisioner cloud platform, we control every layer that affects reliability.
Simple to Deploy
OEMs don't have time for complex rollouts. Bharat Gateway Pro is built to go live in minutes.
